ADF x LEANWORDS: Skynation CEO interviewed on his role in upcoming festival

As many of  you might know, African Descent Festival is coming to Vancouver! The event will take place on the 22 and 23 of this month at Thorton Park, Mainstreet Science World. What many of you may not know is that Skynation’s CEO  (yes the big man himself) is taking on the role as the Artistic Director for the festival. Recently, Kayode was interviewed by Leanwords on his position and what that means to him. He stated, “We are looking at bridging the gap within a community that is being disenfranchised from government.”

 

Leanwords is a platform that relays influential media pertaining to African culture. They withhold a strong emphasis on striving to connect their audience to matters that influence the African community. Given the nature of this event, it was a perfect alignment of the two entities!
